This website belongs to Maximus Catering, the catering business of David Nagib in Ede.

What data does this website process?
This website does not store any personal data. There is no form that sends data to a server, and there are no accounts.
If you use ‘Request a call back’, your own phone creates a text message with your answers. Only when you send that message does David receive your name, your phone number and what you filled in.
What does David use your data for?
Only to contact you about your request and, if you wish, to provide the catering.
Details of your request, such as a phone call or text message, are kept only as long as needed for that request.
Quotes and invoices are kept for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
Hosting and log files
This website is hosted by a hosting provider. The hosting provider may keep technical log files (such as IP addresses) for a short time for security.
This website does not use that data for statistics or advertising.
Sharing with others
David does not sell your data. He only shares it when that is needed for the order or his accounts, or when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can always ask which data David has about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Email info@maximuscatering.nl. You’ll get an answer within one month.
Don’t agree with something? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
